Physical signs to pay attention to:

- Loss or increase of appetite
- Weight loss or gain
- Muscle tension
- Feeling like crying
Psychological signs to pay attention to:
- «I’m worthless»
- «It’s hopeless»
- «I’m alone in the world»
- «Everybody hates me and it’s always my fault»
- «I’m going to get my revenge»
- «I want to hurt myself»
