How we help

We’re there to listen to you 👂

No judgment

No arguing

We’re available by phone (24/7), text (8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.), chat, and email. You may also see us at your school, where our moderators give workshops on sexuality and romantic relationships. They also help staff at the school set up support groups with kids who’d like to get involved to help their peers.

Aider c’est branché: a Tel-jeunes program

Aider c’est branché! is a unique Tel-jeunes program for groups of peer helpers in schools. It offers dynamic workshops held in schools by Tel-jeunes counsellors.

The goal of the Aider c’est branché! program is to provide information on various problems while developing peer support skills. Peer helpers can then adopt healthy, responsible attitudes and behaviours to help their friends.

Tel-jeunes believes in the importance of peer support groups and the positive impact they can have on their environment.

  • Tel-jeunes has already met with more than 150 peer support groups

A competent team that understands your reality.

We have several counsellors at Tel-jeunes. All of them are specialists in young people’s issues and are qualified to help you regain control over what’s happening to you. Our team is made up of professional counsellors, not volunteers. They’re there to help you and they’ll never judge you.

Because you’re all important, we take all your concerns seriously.

Would you like to know more about the team? Contact us and we’ll be happy to talk with you. We’re there for you: 24/7, 365 days a year.

Some of us are cool, others are more serious, some are scared of spiders, and there’s even one who doesn’t like coffee, but we’re all available for you and happy to be able to make a difference.
