  • There may be a wait before someone can answer you
  • At the start of the text exchange 💬, we’ll ask a few questions for our statistics (age, sex, region)
  • We’d like you to be available during the conversation, so please choose the right time so you can text continuously
  • A text conversation may last up to 30 minutes
  • We concentrate on only one situation per exchange 🎯
  • If we’re already responding to someone else and you need a fast answer, you can always phone

You can chat live with a counsellor between 8 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.

  • This blue button appears among the contact buttons as soon as someone is available. At that point, you can start chatting!
  • If the button isn’t there, that means all our counsellors are already chatting with someone else. Come back a bit later
  • Before starting a chat, we’ll ask you for some information so we can properly understand the situation, such as your age, sex, city or town, and a short summary of your request.
  • A ch@t may last up to 30 minutes
