Need an invoice before paying?

You can get your invoice before making a payment by following the instructions under “I reserve a table” in the 3 ways to support Tel-jeunes section at the top of the page.

I accidentally added a contribution to Zeffy when purchasing my tickets. How can I get a refund?

You can contact [email protected].

When will I receive my tax receipt and table number?

Your tax receipt will be sent by email once your purchase is complete. The table number assigned to you will be emailed to the person who made the purchase a few days before the event.

Is the Québec City Convention Centre accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. Please let us know in advance so we can reserve a suitable table. The Québec City Convention Centre is proud to offer accessible spaces, entrances, equipment, and services for all guests. People with reduced mobility will receive personalized assistance and support. Charging stations for power wheelchairs or other electric mobility devices are also available.
