4
days of continuous running across Quebec

Tel-jeunes is taking on the challenge too

We’ve formed a team of eight motivated individuals ready to rise to the challenge and rally their communities to raise funds. Together, they’ll train every week alongside hundreds of other participants to be fully prepared for the big day!

Beyond the kilometres, every step makes a difference for teens in distress — because no call for help should ever go unanswered.

Leurs histoires

« The only thing that will carry us to the finish line is thinking about the teens. »

I want teens to remember that we, as adults, are going to lace up our running shoes with them in mind for four straight days, without stopping. That it’s going to be a tough challenge — and that the one thing that will push us all the way to the finish line is keeping these young people in our thoughts.

- Maïté, Project manager, Tel-jeunes Foundation

“It’s a truly wild adventure!”

When will I sleep, when will I eat, and where will I be able to shower? It’s a crazy, one-of-a-kind adventure. I can’t wait to see us cross the finish line together, proud of what we’ve accomplished.

- Communications and Marketing Advisor at Tel-jeunes

“This race shows young people that we can overcome challenges.”

It’s great to do something as a team that pushes us out of our comfort zone — it shows teens that we can get through tough moments. That’s also what I want to bring to my teammates when things get hard: reminding them that it will pass, that we need to accept what comes our way, and keep moving forward.

- Olivier, IT Director at Tel-jeunes

“This challenge is a lot like adolescence.”

Some runs will be less fun than others, but I’m counting on the group’s positive energy and motivation to support teens who need help. This challenge is like adolescence — it’s about building self-confidence and experiencing success. And anyone can try: taking the leap is the first big win!

— Samuel, Philanthropic Development Advisor at Tel-jeunes

In 2025, 50,000 young people reached out to our counselors — 20% more than in 2024.
