Tel-jeunes offers workshops for high school students (only available in French), based on our in-depth knowledge of young peoples lived experiences over the last 30 years.
What does a Tel-jeunes Workshop Look Like?
Cent réponses, sans tabous - sexualité
An informative and interactive workshop that gives young people the opportunity to get answers to any questions they may have about sexuality, in a totally non-judgmental and taboo-free space.
The workshop allows youths to get a ton of information about their biggest concerns, debunks myths, and promotes a positive attitude towards sexuality.
LEVEL: Secondary 1 to 5
FORMAT: In-person

Cent réponses, sans tabous - santé mentale
A workshop that debunks taboos regarding mental health and getting help. It’s an interactive workshop where young people can ask ALL their questions about mental health, without judgement. The Tel-jeunes instructor will offer answers that take into account a teens’ reality, equip them to care for themselves, help them recognize signs of distress, and help teens develop empathy and introspection. This workshop was designed in response to the increase and intensification of young peoples’ struggles since the beginning of the pandemic. It’s a great entry point to understanding how to get better and how to get help!
