First try to figure out why you feel like that. Sometimes, you might feel like everything’s going wrong, when it was really something specific that made you feel sad (for example, a fight with a friend).
- Then try to chase away your blues by doing things that make you feel good: do activities you enjoy, be with people you like, eat your favourite food, relax in a bath… take care of yourself!
- Talking about your sadness can help too. You can confide in a friend or family member or contact a counsellor at your school or Tel-jeunes.
If your sad feelings last, then above all, don’t keep it to yourself: talk to a professional.
