The Internet can have a place in your life… but not your whole life! After all, it’s just one of many recreational activities!

The important thing about a hobby is to have fun. If it's not the case, you have to ask yourself some questions. When you feel forced to play, when you can no longer choose whether you really want to do it or not, it's perhaps a sign that your Internet use is problematic. Let's not forget that a hobby is made for having fun during your free time.

 

Finding Your Balance: Preventing Internet Overuse

 
It’s all a question of balance. It doesn’t mean you have to give up the Internet or video games forever, but just make sure this activity doesn’t become your only interest and damage your quality of life. If an activity causes more grief than fun… there’s a problem!
